"Property is very grand and well maintained. There is some work going on in the grounds at the moment but that doesn't detract from the way it looks or is presented. Rooms in the paddock annex are nice but wifi was lacking which wasn't ideal as we were there for work purposes. Only other downside, is that the food choices are either high end or the bar menu which itself is limited. There needs to be more a mid-range restaurant option in my opinion. "Stayed here for an event in Silverstone and it was great from start to finish. I was able to check in early, for free which was a life saver. All staff I came across were polite and always smiling. The rooms were comfortable and the beds a great size. The shower was a dream too!"

"Just an overnight stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice at the front of the property. Everything was very good except there was no hot water to shower. We were going out for the evening, but the shower problem was recetifed for the morning shower. We didnt eat there and had to leave early."

"Fantastic room, food and facilities - thank you for a great stay (rare to have an extensive spa and bowling alley!). Pay for extra facilities; yet the room rate was relatively cheap. Staff were very nice in some areas but weren’t so friendly at reception when checking in sadly. All-in-all, a good visit!"

"Lovely staff, plenty of wheelchair space in accessible room, only downs side was the mould in bathroom. We didn’t use any of the towels etc as we took our own but they looked clean enough, wasn’t as noisy as I was expecting being at a services. Would defiantly go back 9/10"

"Hotel had ample free parking for residents. Bedroom was clean and tidy but the lighting is mostly provided by bedside wall lights or angle poise lamps. As a result the room was somewhat gloomy. Dining was available in the bar, tables were somewhat low. Food choice was good. Breakfast was a good choice. Staff were efficient. Hotel entrance was spoilt by the abundance of cigarette butts on the floor and plant containers. "

"Nice warm cabin considering it was snow on ground that was big plus. Self check-in was really simple which meant it was convenient to get in. Breakfast included was great "big breakfast" was a winner. Next time I'd factor in planning to visit the museum or tour"

Lovely little spot

"A perfect little stay - no muss, no fuss. Room had everything I needed. Wayne went out of his way to help me with some extra things and was generally very supportive. Shower was a bit confusing but I suspect that's due to me being American and not used to that type (but the medium setting with the knob at the first red dot was good for me). Pub just across the street was very helpful for meals since I didn't have a car. I'll be back!"
