We stayed here to celebrate our engagement and it was perfect! We enjoyed the proximity to canal park and park point beach. We will always stay in park point when we come to Duluth after this experience now! It was so special being in the harbor and watching the ships come true. A wonderful vacation!

Nice hotel. Hard to find with all the roadwork and detours. In the harbor. There was a crane that was pounding something all day long. Very loud and very annoying Decent rooms beds ere goods good bathroom and shower. Parking somewhat a problem as was located on the harbor

Very affordable compared to canal park and a short drive to everything Duluth has to offer. Room was spacious and comfortable and amazingly quiet. If the opportunity presents itself again, we will certainly stay there.
