We stayed in a suite on February 14th. We experienced troubles with the toilet not being connected and not flushing three seperate times and had to get assistance. We as well were charged over $50 more then what our receipt had stated after check out. When we called to hotel to get this extra charge figured out they didn’t have an answer as to why they charged us more after check out. With the extra charge being made and no explanation I will not stay here again as that’s very odd to me.

I like that this hotel is near spirit mountain. I found other people's hair in the room, and I could hear the kids screaming at the pool when I tried to sleep.

Floors were filthy around hallways and public areas. Floor in our room wasnt even vacuumed, chips on floor. We went to breakfast at 8:45 (open till 10) and no meat, little remaining eggs cold/gross (I threw them out) all juices empty, no cheese, no yogurt, no bagels. We had to ask if breakfast still going on. There were two similar priced hotels across the road from each other and we picked this one as the breakfast looked better, we wont be back.

DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE! Upon arriving to stay in our room, it looked like the room was under renovation. We didn't think much of it at first, but then we started to try using the different amenities ie: the jacuzzi. The front panel was torn off of the jacuzzi. I did my best to place it back. There were no drawers in the bathroom or on any of the furniture in the room. The paint above the bed also was not complete. When I used the shower the drain was making it so I was standing in about an inch of water and wouldn't drain. I tried sending two messages to speak to someone about this and the only response I got from the property was an option to fill out a survey. Nothing else. I am going to continue to call them to try to get my money back because this place and service was abysmal.

Convenient right off the highway. Located next to the Gas station and fast food which was awesome. Found food that was left still inside the fridge from last customer and the toilet could be cleaner.
