Great staff and excellent pool area and rooms - very close to the city walls and you can easily walk into the old town. Breakfasts were fantastic - we will stay there again on our next visit to Dubrovnik

Great place to stay right across from the old town, the staff are really lovely and they serve a nice breakfast. It’s like having your own little oasis coming home and jumping in the pool.

We loved the location, so close to the old city and yet far from the madding crowds. The view over the city walls is beautiful. And the swifts circling around the tower were a joy. The pool was welcome in the heat of the day, and the sunloungers were really comfortable. Thank goodness for the aircon at night!

Beautiful hotel!

An absolutely beautiful hotel with incredible views. Beautiful decor and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The pool is definitely a welcome retreat after exploring all day and the many steps you climb in the Old Town. Would not hesitate to recommend. Only downside was the beeping of entry system at 7am on 29/07 that lasted a while and woke us earlier than we have liked. Also there were different staff on this morning and breakfast was not ready/laid out fully at 8:15, despite us confirming we would be at breakfast for 8am. Would also suggest cooking eggs to order.

Fantastic property located just outside the Old Town of Dubrovnik! It’s close enough to the city walls that it’s quick and easy to access the centre but removed enough that it’s quiet and a reprieve from the busy areas. This boutique location only has about 8 rooms across three levels. The pool and sitting area outside is gorgeous with an amazing view of the city walls and ocean beyond. The rooms are spacious and comfortable! As with any European accommodation, the beds are quite firm but overall it’s a very nice place to stay. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating! A real pleasure to deal with them. One thing to note is that there is no lift so if you have accessibility concerns, it might be good to request a room on the ground or 1st floor. Dubrovnik old town is a city of stairs and incline, and it was so nice to relax by the pool after a long day of exploring. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

This is a special hotel

My partner and I had an excellent stay at this boutique hotel. The breakfasts were unbelievable and the variety of healthy foods to eat is excellent. The hotel's location is great too, but you likely will be walking up the steps from the lower part of the Old City during the afternoon and late evening.

Before and upon arriving, off to a great start with excellent communication and airport transfer and welcome. We were a little early, but that was no problem, the room was ready and we were given the tour. Spacious room, huge bed, well furnished. Bathroom was super, shower top notch. The room was just perfect, couldn’t fault it. The whole setup was secure and honestly, even though just a stones throw from the old town, it was so quiet and private in the garden and pool area. In the heat of the day, being able to take a dip and relax on the sun beds or chairs, and later in the afternoon sit in far end garden area overlooking the sea - such a great place to do that. What’s left? Breakfast…..just insane. These guys here are masters of the breakfast fare. Lively fresh local meats and cheeses, salads, other different things each day, freshly baked breads and nice coffee machine. Fresh eggs made every day to your liking. If you read it and it says continental, and expect basic, be more than pleasantly surprised. It’s just delicious and started the day off wonderfully. This was such an enjoyable stay, we loved every moment of it. We have plans for a return.

Idéalement placé avec une vue incroyable

3 jours dans cet endroit idéalement placé à deux pas du vieux Dubrovnik avec une vue magnifique sur les fort, la montagne et la mer. Un très bon accueil de l’agence. Super petit déjeuner en extérieur avec deux bémols, il n’y a ni jus d’orange ni chocolat chaud. Attention à l’emplacement indiqué par hotel.com, ce n’est pas dans le vieux Dubrovnik même mais à l’extérieur, ce qui est bien mieux pour la vue.
