"Felix the owner is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He acts quickly on any issue about the apartment. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with beautiful garden and terrace facing the sea. Also it is within walking distance to the old town. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon).
