"Large room with modern bath and friendly staff. Good location and fair pricing. Parking was not close and payment complicated. Nearby hotel was suppose to give us a token but they did not have it.We had an early flight but no coffee or breakfast available except in-room. Elevator does not go to top floor. "

"Clean and well maintained, in a excellent location if going to the RDS or Aviva, and about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep after a night out in Dublin."

"Not a hotel. This is just a property that rent out rooms. There is no reception which felt unsafe. Very deceptive and shouldn’t be put up as a hotel. All doors handles were broken in our room. We also never received any email with details about our stay so we couldn’t get in when arrive. Would highly not recommend. "

"Great value stay in Dublin. The common areas are fantastic and I really enjoyed using them. The kitchens were not well stocked with cookware and there was no supplies to clean your room with, coupled with a lack of cleaning service that made it a little uncomfortable for a two week stay "

"Good location near bus stop direct to center city. Great breakfast to start the day and helpful staff ready to help with whatever needs you may have."

"We didn't have a car, and the hotel is right on the bus route for easy access to downtown and the airport. It's also a short walk to Dublin Bay. The area is near the Embassies and is safe and clean. As for the room, the bedroom was clean and efficient, with nice windows that open 2 ways. However, the bathroom left a lot to be desired, as the cold water barely ran, and the shower had no curtain or water pressure. "

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"A lovely hotel situated right at St. Stephen's Green and just a short walk to Grafton Street for shopping. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling and always looking to help in some way. A large spacious room with everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. Nice breakfast selection too. Highly recommended when you're in Dublin. "

Excellent service!

"We were given a room as soon as we arrived early in the morning. I can’t thank them enough for allowing us to our room at 7 AM. We were able to rest and make up for the lost night in the plane (coming from NYC). Included breakfast is several levels above brand hotel chains in the US. Room very clean. 3 minute walk from Trinity College main entrance. I’m very likely to come back. Thank you!!"

"Trinity college is right around the corner and local restaurants, bars and museums . Simon (front desk staff) was very kind and amicable , he gave some good recommendations for late night food. Although the fish and chips at The Alex restaurant were delicious, I would stay clear of dining in the hotel. The bar and management of the restaurant were very short and rude . Simon was very kind to suggest an alternative of taking our dinner in the comfort of our room . Room service staff were very kind."

Location for the Tourists!

"If you want to be in the middle of the tourist area this is the hotel! This hotel was all about location for me. Not super fancy, bed was decent, shower could use improvement (water temp didn't get hot enough). Hotel provided ear plugs... tells you to expect noise... but I knew that when i booked. Enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed Dublin. "
