Trinity college is right around the corner and local restaurants, bars and museums . Simon (front desk staff) was very kind and amicable , he gave some good recommendations for late night food. Although the fish and chips at The Alex restaurant were delicious, I would stay clear of dining in the hotel. The bar and management of the restaurant were very short and rude . Simon was very kind to suggest an alternative of taking our dinner in the comfort of our room . Room service staff were very kind.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property and the thoughtful design details in the rooms and public areas. The staff was excellent, always friendly and attentive. The location was outstanding, with a number of popular attractions around the city centre within walking distance.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Alex- walkable to many attractions- The Ginger Man Christmas Pub right next door! The staff was amazing, helpful and always welcoming. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars!!
