Everything was perfect except a light in the room kept on linking o and off all day and night. After our first night we reported it to staff but nothing happened. Reported it again next day, still light went on blinking. After a perfect day I Dublin City we get back to our room and there it was blink, blink, blinking away. Back to reception and the reaction was, OH but it is weekend and maintenance is always busy at weekends, how about a change of room, What change rooms on last night of a three night stay. A pity because otherwise the hotel was very good and spotlessly clean and food was excellent.

This property gave away my reservation and then charged me hundreds of dollars for them cancelling my stay. Terrible customer service. Left me without a place to stay in Dublin. Would not recommend. They are all about money and do not care about the guest that actually reserved the room ahead of time.

Very good hotel in it's price bracket for Dublin close to the beaches at Sandymount and Boosterstown, bus route outside, DART station half a mile walk. Rooms were good, and there was good dining options in the hotel both a restaurant and coffee bar with snacks also available from the bar. Dining is a bit soulless with bright lights and not exactly cosy but the food was good and the service nice. Helpful staff

My friend and I enjoyed the hotel, comfortable beds and great shower. The proximity to to the Applegreen gas station for buying the LEAP card we needed for public transportation, and the few steps out the door to catch the bus to downtown (and stop for AirCoach transportation from the Airport). Also short walk to the DART. We would stay here again.
