"We had to get tjek-in informations 25 min from the rented apartment! Not very convenient. The apartment was far from the pictures. The apartment was with mold in the windows and on the wall, the heater was not on and the apartment was very kold, the furniture was worn down, the bed was dirty and the bathroom was without heater."

"Fantastic location, office staff great. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Not the comfiest of beds, the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul - broken tiles and the shower screen leaked which turned the floor into puddles. Would however stay again on a short trip due to location and service. the issues were only minor "

"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Lots of restaurants, pubs, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green close by. In-suite dishwasher and clothes washer came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

Doors entrance code was given wrong on the email so we spent more than 20 min outside while someone let us in, because nobody answered the number that was given as an emergency after hours contact. "I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour). "

"Glad that the apartment was away from "downtown" Dublin, but it was still quite busy and noisy. The weather was warm and therefore the apartment was warm, we opened the windows to get some air, but the noise was so loud, at all hours of the night. The beds were very clean. Lots of space for two people. The walk into the heart of Dublin was easy. However, as two women we did not have feel comfortable walking around this area at night. "
