Is far from national airport and from city centre But hote overall is very good but Premier inn on Airport I think is more modern that’s why one star less Very nice pub and restaurant and is better than some 4* hotels Close to metro station

Another great stay and my business trips always made to feel like pleasure trips by the complete team throughout . Too many to name individually but every member of staff always welcoming , genuinely friendly and always helpful if required . Love the restaurant and bar team and when ever I return it really is great to see friends again. As an extensive business traveller such customer service combined with a genuine personal feel is genuinely a rarity that many larger and higher rated hotels do not come close to.

An amazing stay at this hotel! Phenomenal staff at the front desk (Joy, Alex, Chaminda, Chance, Rahul, Tricia) to begin with! They are courteous, dedicated, professional and transcend to ensure that you have a wonderful experience from arrival to your overall stay. Kudos to the housekeepers/maintenance staff for their undivided attention to the rooms & impeccable service with a smile. Largely, I must say without reservation that the whole team (the security, Costa, Toad’s kitchen/pub) was incredible, & went above and beyond with hospitality to make every guest feel valued, respected and have a pleasant stay. As the saying goes, “It is not the property but the staff that makes a hotel’s stay great”. In short, the hotel was an absolute gem for me 😊.

We were in a room and they were taking off tiles off from the bathroom next door. They move us to another room. However, it seems some guest were smoking in it before… however, staff were lovely and friendly.

Excellent hotel with great transport links. Metro station a 3 min walk away that can take you into the centre of Dubai in around 25 mins. Loads of free car parking spaces around the back. Hotel was very clean and had eveything we needed as we were out all day. Rooftop pool open 8am to 8pm is included along with 24 hour gym. Staff were great and check in took 5 mins. Would definitely return!
