Métro at walking distance. restauration limited around. Rooms nice shower needs more protection to avoid water inondation in the bathroom otherwise nice hotel and good free breakfast. Nice effort to give room in advance for international flyer. Staff nice and devoted.

The Breakfast is good and the staff in the break lounge was very nice and clean. The house keeping was also good, one in particular, Winn, she was nice, always smiling and fast. I did not like the reception i received on my first day, the staff at the reception were not nice. I got there early, waited for so long, they had me sitting at the lobby while they were checking in other guests that came after me, and then finally after I spoke up, they were rude and gave me a corner room that made me more upset. I demanded a room change which took another 2 hrs. I was very upset. I will not go back to Arabian Park, I felt descriminated against. No freeze in the room, no microwave and they charge for ice, no iron, room service prices are terrible. Its a no no for me.

Everything was good. The only problem is that we encountered was when we booked the room we booked for a balcony, but when we got there, we did not receive a balcony room, and the lady at the front desk stated that we would have Cityview with the balcony, however when we got upstairs to our room, our room was a regular standard room with just a window. We did not have a microwave in our room other than that the hotel was extremely nice.
