"The apartment was very spacious and clean. Decorated nicely and equipped with useful untensils. The apartment is directly opposite a bar but the double set of windows make the noise minimal. My only complaint would be the fact that the lift stops inbetween floors. I had my daughter with me who uses a pram so haviny to carry her up/down a flight of stairs wasnt ideal. "A really lovely hotel with friendly staff and at a very reasonable price. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance of the old town, and there are lots of great restaurants/ pubs nearby if you don’t want to walk so far. The only issue we faced was the shower was freezing cold on our first day, and it did take a bit of prompting to fix this although they very kindly sent out a plumber late on Sunday night who sorted the issue. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel for the price...

"Apartment was very clean and safe, above a restaurant, so was slightly noisy at night until 11pm. Really well situated just of Wenceslas Square and a short walk up to the old town. Only had hand towels and no bedding for the sofa bed, messaged twice but just went to nearby Primark and bought a couple of big towels so wasn't a big deal. "

"We had an excellent trip and loved the apartment though we had an issue with the hot water. It was nice and hot in the morning but cool in the evenings.This was addressed by sending an engineer round who found no fault. However the problem continued and the hot water was only just warm which wasn't good for showering."
