The staff is polite and the overall stay has added to our positive experience in Dresden. The breakfast buffet has got broad options, including beverages. The Ibis Dresden Zentrum is a 3-star hotel, with value for money for sure and at a central location with proximity to churches, shopping malls, cafes and sightseeing spots."

"The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful."
