"Overrated, photos on website totally different than reality “worse”, very small swimming pool with too much people in it “crowded”, smell of cooking is everywhere in the hotel indoor and outdoor, room’s furniture is too old. Breakfast was not fresh and tastes awful! Hotel’s rate per night versus value is too much. Not recommended at All!!! It was a real bad experience!"

"Good beachfront place for a quick visit. Rooms are well proportioned with good amenities. Lumi beach is a nice place, they should add more items in their menu which is very thin."

"Great resort. Nice scale, not too large and busy. Pools were awesome, and easy access to beach. Food was good but a bit too pricey. Service at the restaurants wasn't great, friendly but slow."

"Looking at the reviews on line of several other properties, this one seemed the best. I did not expect the property to be as nice as it was. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice everything was, especially for the price. I would expect to pay 3 to 5 times more if this was in the USA, especially to be on the beach and have such nice pools. I definitely recommend to anyone that has any doubt, you won't be disappointed. Staff was very nice and accommodating for any of my needs. Definitely spend a little more for the beach side view. I accidentally booked a smoking room and was not able to change rooms....I could not tell that it was a smoking room and I'm highly susceptible to cigarette smoke. Can't compliment enough, my only complaint was that I didn't stay longer! "

Beautiful Serenity

"It was a truly amazing stay with staff who were incredibly attentive . We celebrated a birthday and were treated at every opportunity . I would definitely recommend the hotel if you would like to have a secluded hideaway with surrounding nature . "
