"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions ..."

"Just to be clear this is like staying in a simply-furnished one-bedroom apartment in a residential area close to downtown.
