"Lovely 2 bedroom suite. Luxurious and clean. Unfortunately upon entering, there was an obvious scent of cigarette smoke odour in the apartment even though its stated as a non smoking one. As we were unable to change the room as it was the only one of its type, hotel housekeeping provided 2 air ionisers to help remove the cigarette odours - which worked quite well for the 2 bedrooms. "

"Overall staff service excellence from front desk to chamber maid whom cleanupour room. Able to provide info and assistant provided. If mineral water is provided in the room, it will be much better. Also addition tissues box at the room dressing table, as there's only 1 in the bathroom. Overall our stay in the hotel is nice and comfortable. Just that we had encounter rainy weather thus unable to explore more."

"I personally prefer hard pillows hence the ones in the room didn’t quite suit me. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread and a lady staff named Christina or Christine (apologies I didn’t see her name properly), but she’s from Philippines and very fair and slim, she’s very friendly."

"Awesome stay at COD NUWA perfect 5 star hotel quality and top Service . Superb checking in experience they Will Really make sure you Will have the most enjoyable stay. Thank you for giving US Room with best view of Cotai! Breakfast was High quality and worth trying. View was spectacular . Housekeeping people were great and accommodating . COD Nuwa was worth every penny. Will recommend This hotel to everyone looking for quality stay. Everyone was helpful. Hotel is new and clean. Spa and sauna Room were great and High quality . We moved to another hotel and I could tell the big difference . Should have stayed at NUWA the entire time . Will surely return! Thank you Nuwa!!!"
