"They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too."

"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"The sounds of drilling in the walls until 6.30pm could have led to a nervous breakdown. Nice and friendly reception staff. "

"Sheets and towels were scratchy, not soft. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The pillows had no neck support. The shower head did not have a strong spray and the hand held spray was worthless with spray power. They had a spider in the bathroom on the ceiling, too high for me to reach. On a good note it was quiet, great breakfast, and the bathtub was big for a comfortable bath."

"Zentrale Lage an einer befahrenen Kreuzung, Parkplätze am Hotel stehen zur Verfügung, abends in der Umgebung ist parken ebenfalls kostenfrei möglich. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber mit einem gewissen Charme der 70er. Das Bad wurde renoviert und ist völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer befinden sich ab 2. Stock. Der Treppenaufgang ist feudal breit, allerdings gibt es keinen Aufzug. Für gehehinderte Personen ist dieses Haus nicht geeignet. Der Rezeptionstisch ist ohne jede IT-Anbindung. Freundlichen...

"My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "
