"I normally would not leave a bad review. But this hotels customer service was not good .We booked this hotel because it offered a
pool
and fun zone for the kids and the rooms looked doable. The rooms were old , from the window was a view of a wall and huge air conditioning unit, dirty carpet and extremely small. The
pool
and the fun zone were both closed. So disappointing. We decided we did not want to stay there. I spoke to customer service about our disappointment and they didnt handle it...
