"The Pan Pacific marina square is a beautiful hotel, well located a few minutes from Promenade Metro and a short 15 min walk across the bridge to the Marina Bay Sands complex. The lounge on the top floor is worth the extra, with an excellent array of food and drinks from 6pm to 8pm, as well as breakfast and lunch/afternoon tea. As with much of Singapore, if you prefer to stay indoor and out of the heat there are thousands of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes. Having stayed many times at the excellent Oriental and Ritz Carlton (two other prominent Marina Square/Millenia Walk hotels), we find the PP better value and just as good these days. "

"Excellent choice of stay. The bed was great and specious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food vendors around the neighborhood. MRT a few blocks from the property. Swimming pool was decent size and clean. We’re happy with our choice to stay at Carlton City Hotel. "
