"The room was AMAZING! We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."

"Small rooms and if visiting again with 3 people in one room would maybe look elsewhere. However perfect for a couple or single traveller. Lovely amenities and the roof top was lovely, even though the bar wasn’t open we ate breakfast up there everyday. Great location for everything "

"The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. "Everything was great except online check in -pre-check in was not very smooth as I had to re-enter my passport info at least 3x and the system didn’t recognize it. Otherwise the people (reception, coffee barista ) were very nice and the location and room were great!"

"The property does not have the usual amenities like coffee, etc. But cafe is right next door. Facility is very clean and the room was quiet and comfortable with the exception of some radiator heating problems, but staff amd manager right there to help. All staff was welcoming. Will definitely use on my next trip."

"A lovely hotel. Steps from subway. Dining and shopping everywhere. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome gift. Bathroom was clean; looked like it had recently been retiled. Could have used soap at the sink instead of reaching to the shower for soap to wash your hands. Biggest issue was a lack of hot water. We addressed this at the front desk and received compensation."
