"It very friendly and clean but did not get the room I reserved I asked for handicap room and the bathroom was not wheelchair accessible so it was very inconvenient for me I used the bathroom in the lobby but the view from the balcony was nice touch"

"I liked the location of the hotel. I do not like using little shampoo bottles in the shower. I also did not like having to walk around the hotel from the pool. Why can’t we use the door that is there? Our key did not work."
