"I highly recommend The Vintage House to anyone who is staying Pinhao. It is a lovely property with great service, very clean, good food and ambiance. We had an early train and since we didn't have time for breakfast, they provided a bag lunch for us that included sandwiches, croissants, pastries, an apple and water; perfect! All in all, a great experience! "

"The staff were very nice and we enjoyed our room and the grounds. The guests would greatly benefit from better signage at the turn-off on the road as well as along the long drive to the Quinta. Dinner was nice and the breakfast was more than sufficient. "

"This was my 3rd time staying at QdLR, yet I think this is my first review of the property(?). This is a solid gem in Pinhão. Although about 0.5 km from the town, the location means it is quiet. "We had a most delightful two day stay at the Casa do Santo. Our wonderful host, Maria was full of local and historical knowledge and made us feel very welcome. "We absolutely loved our stay at Quinta da Marka! It was beautiful and on such a picturesque spot along the river. It was so relaxing and a restful spot for our honeymoon. The train station is nearby to get to other cities if you wanted to, otherwise it is quite isolated in this area. A beautiful quinta which had everything we needed!

"A fantastic stay at a beautiful property with amazing views and surroundings - and dog friendly ! We had the best time including our Labrador who loved exploring the vineyards ! Shame we couldn’t use the pool as it wasn’t very suitable due to the weather, but nevertheless, it was a great experience ! Topping it off with great hospitality throughout !"
