"This is probably the best hotel to stay at in Ozark! We were visiting family, and after a really bad stay at a nearby hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and caring customer service we received at the Hampton Inn. There are definitely some issues with the facilities - AC wasn’t quite working in our first room… pool was out of service… but honestly the fantastic customer service and hot breakfasts in the mornings made up for it. "Me and Family were there for 2 nights because of the storm. When we arrive they had us in a regular room when I let the lady know at the front desk that my husband is in a wheelchair she quickly changed our room she was very nice and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were soft .My only complaint was the breakfast was not worth 12$ but my overall stay was great definitely will come back here again and it has great location from all the restaurants and shopping mall"
