"This is an older property and really needs some work. However the location is great, easy walking to dining shops etc. The staff are really what make this property stand out! They are very helpful and welcoming. Angel went above and beyond to assist me with an issue i was having. Thankyou gentlemen you made this a great place to stay!"

"The property had a nice pool, but the Sister property across the street had a great swim up bar pool and access to the beach which we really enjoyed. The food was good at the restaurant however they do need more staff"

"A very nice hotel. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! Very accommodating and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The restaurant in the hotel was great, a little pricey, but definitely worth the cost. The staff in there was absolutely amazing as well. We only stayed 1 night since we were sailing out for our cruise the next day, but I hands down would stay here again. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is a ton of restaurants and shops...

"We had one of the rooms for 4 people. Pull out couch in one room for the kids and separate bedroom with bed for 2 adults. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Only complaint that there was not easily accessible places to plug in chargers and it took a bit of time for water to get hot. Otherwise hotel was lovely and and wish we stayed longer!"

"Very nice apartment unit on the 3rd floor. We stayed at the Crystal Apartment. Because it is Old San Juan we could hear the people downstairs as there is a bar adjacent to this building, till the early hours of the morning but we knew that would be a possibility because of its location. The bedrooms, living area, kitchen/dining and bathroom were all really nicely decorated. Only thing was that I would suggest better Cleaning Staff, when we got in there was chewed gum placed on the wall behind...
