"This hotel is clean and convenient, and we use it to stop off between the UK and the Alps. This visit we weren’t given the gate code by the receptionist so had issues getting back into the property which caused inconvenience."

"We returned to our room door left open twice. Despite ensuring it was closed when we left. Walls were quite thin and it sounded like someone was opening our door anytime someone on our floor opened a door at night. Overall nice stay, just had some concerns about safety."
