"Lovely hotel really enjoyed the stay, convenient location and staff were all very helpful, very family like atmosphere, you can see they all enjoy working there, my only complaint was that there was only one salad available as vegetarian dish, it really would be great if there was something more like just simple pasta with cheese and tomato sauce or something like that to accommodate vegetarian guests. "Staff and restaurant was great, hotel itself was fine. Not much around the area, we specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. We knew we would be travelling for 8 hours on a hot day by motorbike so wanted a hotel with a pool. Went to use the pool and it was "closed for the season" apparently closed on the 1st Sept... we were there on the 2nd.... might seem petty but that was the primary reason we booked the hotel... there is nothing noted about pool closure on Expedia or the hotel...

"Spectacular location, up next to old castl. Our window looked out on castle at sunrise. Staff was helpful; loaned us a cellphone recharger cable for one we had lost and told us where to buy another. Hotel seemed strangely empty in afternoon and evening, but in the morning at check-in checkout there were plenty of people. To get to hotel, take GPS option that avoids mid-town. Both of our GPS options got lost trying to take routes that went by Plaza España."

Automated check-in a pain, otherwise fine

"It's a pleasant, central hotel, with comfortable room, good wifi, a fridge, smart tv etc. However, I really struggled with the automated check-in, in blinding sunlight after having walked 20+ miles on the camino de Caravaca. Involved clicking a link in a whatsapp message, while talking on the phone to somebody who sounded irritated about being woken from his siesta. Nothing happen when the link was clicked, for several minutes. Eventually I managed to get in, after a 15 minute struggle. Only 15 minutes, but a very mauvais quart d'heur. God knows what would have happened if I didn't speak Spanish."

"Great welcome when we arrived, Spacious clean bedroom and bathroom with a very good bed and bed linen. All on a quiet street but central for all commerces. We also had a really good breakfast in the dining room before departure. I can confidently recommend this hotel for everyone."

A great place to escape to

"A beautiful old farmhouse with lovely outside space and stunning swimming pool. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, taken in a very attractive dining room. The only issue we experienced was our room was very warm from the exceptionally hot weather. The owners did their maximum providing an electric fan and even exchged the fan for a other one. But neither could cool the bedroom. A quiet peaceful setting with really pleasant attentive owners."
