"The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "

"This is a reat apartment hotel that has a reception. Room is very spacious and comfy. Special shout-out to the male receptionist from Laos. His service is very attentive and polite. A great asset to the hotel. Would definitely use it again when I'm back to Budapest."

"Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it. "

"You are represented as a hotel with a Kosher breakfast online. It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . I have also Expedia since I bought my room through them. "

"The hotel is very close to Liszt Ferenc Intl Airport, walking distance about 10 minutes to Terminal 2A. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable! Rooms were clean and comfy, a true pleasure to spend leisure time in them! My room was suitable for disabled persons and had a cord besides the toilet, which ones pulled triggered an distress alarm. I pulled it because i mistook it for a ventilator starter LoL. Transportation to the city is easy and costs 2’200 HUF/ 5 EUR one way and the same the way back. The bus departs from Terminal 2A Transportation from the city back to the airport is a bit trickier, but also easy once done. The bus has two stops: Kálvin Tér and Déak Tér (Terminal stop) and the ride takes about 30 to 40 minutes one way. You can reach all the major tourist attractions from the two stops. You can pay for your ticket easily at cc terminals inside the bus! All in all, Ibis Airport is a great place to stay if you want to stay close to the airport but also Budapest."

"I spent a week in this hotel, and I must say this was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I have been to. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from both Metro Stations and Trams, it is located around one of the most active areas of Budapest, surrounded by many dining options & retail stores. it is an excellent access point to get to any attraction around the city. The room and hotel environment is pretty quiet, there is no disturbance, quite the safe location and very comfortable rooms. I was also able to do a late check-in, letting the hotel know beforehand. At the check-in counter was Kornel, a very nice guy who has in detail, explained the available facilities, how to get to them and to my room, and provided me with brochures of available tourist attractions and travel group agents you can join to make the best out of your stay. Thank you. Also shoutout to Elena, who was taking care of my room service throughout my stay!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest. I will be staying here again if I return to Budapest! "
