Angela and Brian at the buffet were prompt to help us with coffee, juice and everything else. Our concierge Karina was extremely helpful attending to all our needs including finding a taxi for us to take us to the airport. She was professional, courteous and always smiling. "Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
