"Beautiful boutique hotel just 10min drive from the center of St Tropez. We arrived 10/26, the last day the hotel was open for the season. Also it was the big sales weekend in St Tropez but because of the huge rainstorm and flooding we didn’t go into town. "My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "

"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. "Our stay at the hotel was superb. Beautiful property in the hillside with the best view of Saint Tropez. Newly renovated rooms are nice. The only downside is you can’t walk to town but the hotel has a shuttle service that only takes 10 minutes to town center. "

"The location is superb for those that like quiet, close to beach and boardwalks. We spent the morning walking the boardwalk, a little sun by the pool and a quiet siesta then bocci ball after dinner. Highly recommended. "

"Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was lovely. Unusual cleaning schedule I.e. between 3:30 and 6:30pm when you might be resting or getting ready to go to dine. Wi-Fi connection somewhat unreliable. Bus stop just at the end of the road for local trips to beautiful Bormes les Mimosas Village. Very quiet and safe. Good air conditioning in rooms. Close to some lovely beaches some with blue flags. Thank you."
