"Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there."

"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. "The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. "Great central location (close to shops and sights). Lovely atmosphere in and around the lobby. Good food choices in and around the hotel. In Summer, the top floor balcony must be lovely. Dogs welcome too so that is useful to know for future. "

"Brilliant stay. The room was very comfy. The hotel was very accommodating, I had an early flight, and they had my room ready by 11am even though check in was at 3pm. And as I had a late flight, they let me stay an hour longer after check out without any issues. A few negatives: they had some maintenance issues - water was turned off from 11-3pm on my day of departure (which luckily didn’t impact me but may to some people). I had no toilet roll when I first came in (but was easily remedied). Other than this, the room was nice and warm and the bed was very comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful. "

"We stayed here to be close to the city centre and were very impressed with everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, our room was so clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, ample and good quality and there was secure car parking at the rear of the building. We will return and would recommend 100%."
