Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. "I cannot rate Bracka 6 apartments high enough. The property is spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. They have everything you could possibly need. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle! They organised transport for us, accomodated a late check out and even sorted us with plug adaptors as we forgot ours. Beautiful apartments and very very close to the main market square. 10/10 😀😀"

"This property was perfect for a visit to Old Town. It was also close to tram stops. It had everything we needed. Guarded parking was a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Please note that there is no elevator, which may be problematic for some. "

"A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night."

"It was one night but location perfect "

"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"Adult only hotel, great location, right in the Old Town Square. Breakfast, great choice and hot food to order. Rooms of good size, Prosecco and fruit in our room on arrival and a bottle of white wine left for us on the eve of our departure. Great service and very polite staff."

Perfectly situation

"Hotel is perfectly situated for trips for walks into Kazimierz, river, castle, Banksy museum and Old Town. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. Hotel has two great restaurants and breakfast is exceptional! In foyer is free tea and coffee throughout the day. There’s a steam room, sauna, massage and gym downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is operated through an iPad. Only downside was a lack of wardrobe, but hanging is space is available, but it’s not ideal!"
