Fabulous hotel with a great outlook

Fabulous boutique hotel. Great room - very luxurious with a fabulous bathroom. Staff so friendly. Great breakfast in a nicely landscaped garden opposite a park. Great location near the wall with an easy walk to the Caravanserai and Main Street.

Highly professional yet personable staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is cigarette smoking in the facility, everywhere and the unrelenting smell of it.

Otel son derece zevkli tefriş edilmiş. Herşey çok kaliteli ve estetikti. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, nazik ve gayretliydi. Kahvaltısını da ayrıca belirtmek lazım ki Diyarbakıra yakışan çok temiz ve leziz bir kahvaltıydı.

Lage: Ruhig, aber sehr zentral – nur wenige Minuten von Dağkapı entfernt. Hotel: Neu, modern und sehr sauber. Service: Herzlicher Empfang, superfreundliches Personal, das alles möglich macht – sogar die Organisation von Taxis. Top funktioniert Sprachen: Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, da das Team mehrere Sprachen spricht. Frühstück: Lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ganz einwandfrei. Fazit: Ein tolles Hotel – wir kommen bald wieder!

Harika bir otel...Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Oda tertemizdi. Yataklar rahattı. Oda genişliği ve soğutması iyiydi. Ama en güzel yanı mükemmel kahvaltısıydı. Çok gezen ve çok fazla otel konaklama deneyimi olan bir aileyiz. Kesinlikle beş yıldız kalitesinde bir otel. Resepsiyondaki iki tatlı genç hanımefendiye, kahvaltımızı servis eden ve bavullarımıza yardımcı olan Enes beye ve emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz. Amazing hotel..The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was working well. The staff helped us with everything. The breakfast was beyond great. Top Hotel!!! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und immer eın lächeln im Gesicht. Die Zimmer waren schön groß mit Hamam im Bad. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben wie auf Federn geschlafen. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen der nach Diyarbakir fährt.

Otel suriçine yapılmış yeni ve temiz bir otel. Kesinlikle seyahatlerde tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Yürüme mesafesinde her yere gidilebiliyor. Kahvaltısı diyarbakırda yapabileceğiniz güzel kahvaltılardan. Ayrıca önünde kendi otoparkı da var.

oldukça temiz bir hoteldi. Yeni yapılmış olduğu için herşey pırıl pırıldı. Özellile Otal çalışanlar çok nazikti. Berna haım her sorumuza içtenlikle yanıt verdi ve güzel yönlendirmelrde bulundu. Konum itibari ile kalabalıktan uzak ama tarihi yerlere bir o kadar yakın olması nedeni ile çok beğendik.

2 yaşındaki kızım ile birlikte ailecek bir odada konakladık. 1 genis çift kisilik ve 1 tek kisilik yatak olmasına rağmen rağmen fazlasıyla genis ve hersey düşünülmüş bir oda idi. Kahvaltısı ve servisi mükemmel diyebilirim. Bizim için tek kusurlu yanı; banyo gideri çok kötü, su göl oluyor ve rahat duş alamıyorsunuz, ayaklarınız pis su içinde kalıyor. Kesinlikle bu sorun giderilmeli.
