The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. We bought some descaler but it needs several attempts so we had to use a pan to heat water for drinks. The person in the accommodation...

"Great position. Walking to all attractions very easy. Breakfasts were fine. Not the most flexible of offerings. Our request for high floor was accommodated. Shower really nice but hand basin hot water just tepid no matter how long it was run for. We took advantage of no cleaning of room in exchange for evening drink. We would stay again. Next visit will be in a warmer and brighter month. "
