"We really enjoyed our stay here at the castle. The amenities were wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and all the facilities at this location were wonderful. We also enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee at the basement café. We did want to mention to the maintenance crew that the armoire in our room, where the robes were stored, had a very strong smell of spray paint. "Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. Leisure complex hotel

"The hotel is part of the football stadium leisure complex. Loads of parking outside and restaurants within walking distance. Access is very convenient off the adjacent highway. My only criticism is that there is no air conditioning and even the fan didn’t seem to work either."
