Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!!
Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property).
Without hot water for three whole days, no compensation since it was a technical fault and the engineer fixed it(hours later, but still no hot water), we played this for three days. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional in customer service.(We asked both our "neighbours", had the same issue except for an older couple who didn't have hot water for a whole week!)
Food is bland, sometimes undercooked, tasteless.
Restaurant is full with flies and since the food wasn't covered...
The only positive thing was the staff who tried to make it bearable but since the management won't give them options and lacks a face or courage it's not one of those properties you recommend.
