"Good hotel "

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"This property is all inclusive great for kids. There are ices drinks and shows at night which kids love and will keep them busy the entire day which helps when adults want to go and enjoy the resort a little bit on their own. I definitely would recommend for families."

"Too much noisy in the noon hours "

"Close to the dead sea. Beautiful view from the upper room (my family) 5 - 8 clars and new, my room was on the 3rd floor, was a little bit old if you compare. "

"Nothing to like except breakfast, which is very good by western standards but just barely Ok by Israeli standards. Rest of the facility is a poorly managed. My room on 11th floor was simply dangerous for health."

"Perfect "

"The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, but lots of people were using it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. The was a tiny lizard in the bathroom that my husband had to kill. It was close to tje separate beach which was nice for us."
