The patio area around the pool needed attention to the paving ie. Jet wash & relaying tiles as very uneven. The beds & umbrellas were all new. Having said this the hotel was good quality for the cost.

I, as a person, am very attentive to details, and I can only tell you this, breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and the team at 9:50 a.m. is still supplying the buffet, so wow, thank you!

We stayed here for 10days for our first experience of Provence, and glad we did! The hotel is comfortable and nicely designed with all the things we needed. Great spaces for chilling out in the evening (with a selection of board/card games for the family to choose from) and perfectly located for exploring the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence during the day. Room Simple but spacious and nicely furnished. The wood panel theme runs throughout the hotel. Our balcony looked out over the pool and the surrounding hills, which was great. The sound proofing seemed pretty good too. Downsides: no air conditioning meant it got pretty hot. But, the hotel staff managed to get us a fan which really made a difference. Would really benefit from a fridge and safe in the room. Pool Clean and a good size, with enough sun loungers and shade to keep everyone happy. Restaurant Great breakfast with an abundance of sweet and savoury to choose from. Evening meals were tasty, but if you’re staying more than 4 days be aware that the menu changes infrequently (not at all over our 10days) and with only 4 starters/4 mains/4 desserts this can feel a little repetitive. There’s also food at the bar and the pizza’s here were super. Staff The hotel aside, we must mention the staff who were attentive and always willing to help. A special mention must go to Lola who made us feel especially welcome and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely return next time we are back this way.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr höfliches Personal. Frühstück und Essen insgesamt ist verbesserungsfähig. Beim Frühstück gab es frisches Brot, aber die Eier musste man sich selbst kochen bzw Rührei selber machen. Käse und Wurst waren dürftig. Am ersten Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Das war nicht empfehlenswert. Burger war kalt und der Käse wurde als Fondue serviert. Als bereits vorgekocht und nur aufgewärmt. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Beim nächsten Mal wieder aber ohne Frühstück oder Abendessen.

An und für dich ein schönes kleines Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern. Aber, dass man bei der Buchung von Halbpension an 12 Tagen aus insgesamt nur 4 Gerichten auswählen kann, ist einfach schwach. Auch der Zimmerservice war nicht gut. Kein einziges Mal wurde Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Und sauber gemacht wurde auch nicht. Einzig die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Wer darauf nicht so viel wert legt, kann dennoch einen entspannten Aufenthalt verbringen.

Bel hôtel, minimaliste mais très beau mobilier. Très bien situé, proche des thermes, dans un cul de sac, au calme et en pleine nature. Seul hic, manque de personnel qualifié pour le service au resto. J'imagine que ça coûte beaucoup moins cher de prendre des stagiaires étrangères qui ne parlent pas un mot de français, mais cela à un prix.... 50 min d'attente avant de nous servir l'entrée alors qu'il n'y avait pas foule, dîner très moyen... Je pense qu'il manquait de personnel en cuisine. La jeune femme responsable de la salle de resto, très sympa m'a fait de la peine.... Je reste sur une note positive...
