"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Excellent apartment. Supermarket 90m if you get out of the thirdfloor, train station 5 min walk. The only small negative is the sofa bed isn't very comfortable."

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

"Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. "The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "This hotel is located in the heart of the Altstadt (Old City) area of Zurich. As such, it is surrounded by historical buildings and lots of architectural eye candy. The area is obviously touristy, so prices are higher, but there are many dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel is nicely appointed. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Breakfasts were cooked to order (eggs), with many other options available (continental). The only gripe I had was that the en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet was separated from the sleeping area with sliding glass doors - too personal and close to the sleeping area. They provided bottled water in the room every day. The WiFi was good. There's an in-room safe available. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, transport options, etc. Highly recommended!"
