Not well maintained. The room we were first placed in honestly felt like we were in the ghetto. We asked to be moved and they were nice enough to help us with that. Doors had holes in them. Water damage and paint peeling. The beds are beyond uncomfortable with very small pillows. I won't be staying there ever again.

This is an older motel and definitely dated. However, the property is in overall good condition and it is clean and quiet. For the price this place can’t be beat. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this plane If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to spend rhe night.

Place was in bad shape , toilet became clogged was told where the plunger was in housekeeping and to get it to unclog the toilet, one of the door locks was missing on the door, only issued one key for a two person room

Hard to find because the older hotel sign is up with the Rodeway sign below it. Hardly noticed it. Room was clean. Plenty of restaurants available for dinner or breakfast. Would not recommend the Waffle House. It is the worst one I’ve ever been in and I love Waffle House.

The motel had a number of rooms in the rear for long term customers. Most people staying in the back were fine but some were very questionable. I was in room 136 this room should not be rented out again without repairs being made. I took a number of pictures is you are interesting. Larry

I didn't realize that the residents would be primarily homeless persons and that several would be dog owners. Upon returning from a nearby restaurant, I was startled by a barking dog though it turned out to be harmless. I thought the property was quite shabby and rub-down. I doubt that I will ever again choose Rodeway for lodging while travelling.
