Saw roaches and some other bugs, mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, the television did not work, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping off every 10 to 15 minutes, and on my last day I could not get any Wi-Fi before I checked out around 10:00 AM

I didn't expect much with the low cost, but the rooms smelled, the mini fridge was gross and in the middle of the night I was joined by 3 roaches in the bathroom. Probably one of the worst rooms I've been in.

After arriving and finding the condition of the hotel and surrounding area to look like a warzone, we decided that we would not stay there and went to seek other accommodations. We were told that the hotel would confirm our cancellation and that I could get it back from Expedia. On 6/29/2024, I was informed by Expedia that the hotel management refused to approve the refund that we had asked and were promised. I am a Wyndom member as well as Marriot and Hilton (I travel for business)..I can assure you that Wyndom will be at the bottom of that list. They should jettison this property ASAP
