The bed sheets stinks and when inasked for extra pillows the fromt receptionist gave me pillows that had a veryy bad odor also one of the towels in the washroom was dirty

I was disappointed with the staff no one speak in the breakfast area. No warm welcome, no good morning nothing just blank. The rooms its self were fairly clean unfortunately I did find hair in the tub that didnt belong to my group. The room was nice and spacious and I did enjoy the fireplace.

Upon arrival the first thing we found in the room when i opened the closet i found a used almost gone large bottle of KY Jelly, The room had hair all over it, the pull out bed was dirty covered in who knows what, the phone didnt work, we found someone elses hair clip, there was a huge gap in the front door that let in allot of light and noise which btw the room said it was sound proof and it was not at all, the shampoo they had made me break out, im not even sensitive to shampoos like that, it said the room had a Tub/shower there was no Tub at all, breakfast was undercooked soggy and gross, and the paths to the doors of the building were not shoveld for 2 days. Overall i do NOT recommend this hotel and i will apparently have to do my research alot better next time as that was not worth my money.

I booked a room for a slumber party. Nowhere on the booking site does it say no parties. Upon arriving to the property I was told there is no parking parties allowed and any evidence of a party will result in a 200 charge along with being told to leave. I ask the manager why that information is not provided on the booking site to which the manager Naya rudely stated No parties but never answered my question. A very long story short she refused to check me in and also refused to cancel the reservation so they would not have to issue me a refund. I had to call the Marriott customer service in order to receive a refund. The staff is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s no wonder they are so empty.

Favorite spot to stay when visiting Detroit, this is our 3rd visit here and people are so friendly and always treating with smile. Close to highway and easy access to shopping down the road.

My power went out in the hotel room and the family had to move I. The middle of the night. didn’t put up a fuss but the morning I check out I felt they wasn’t understanding when I was few minutes late. Overall I will recommend.

We had an excellent stay at SpringHill Suites in Dearborn. The front desk is very friendly and professional, with 24hr exercise room and a nice little indoor pool. The room is quite spacious with a little extra living space. The only downside for the room is that the AC unit is loud and doesn’t seem to work either cool or heat. Since the weather isn’t too bad we didn’t complain. The neighborhood of Dearborn is surprisingly welcoming - a lot of great food, friendly people around the area, Target and Walmart are close by if some extra groceries are needed. It is also 10 minutes away from The Henry Ford Museum if it’s in the travel plan.

The room was disappointing—far from clean. There were random hairs on the floor, towels, and sheets. Some of the lights didn’t work, which might have been a blessing since it spared us from seeing what else could be lurking in the shadows. The noise was unbearable. Screaming from other guests echoed through the vents, people ran up and down the hallways, and a loud party in the parking lot went on until 1:30 a.m. Despite calling the front desk, nothing was done to address the chaos. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The food was cheap and unappetizing. The bacon was undercooked and greasy, and the omelets were unpalatable. Nothing tasted fresh or appealing. Overall, this was an expensive and thoroughly disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
