The heat finally worked when we put in 90 degrees F. The blanket was for summer and not cozy enough. The pillows We're half of regular size, which were not comfy enough. Toilet was extremely loud. Not going any more.

Staff were kind, but there was mold in the bathroom, stains and rips all over the bed, the phone did not work, the tap would not turn off, and the hall smelled strong of cigarette smoke. There was no quality in the room, was here for my birthday and unfortunately very disappointing. On a positive, mattress was soft and wifi worked well

Have stayed here before. Place is in need of some upgrading. Place was clean, but very tired. Had adjoining rooms and was glad because one room’s shower was unusable. Talked to front desk, sent someone up. Didn’t fix it.

The room just needed a microwave 🙃. The only thing I didn't like was the ottoman has a bloody stain and that needs cleaning. I covered it with a towel.
