We had a "party" on the fourth floor that required the police to settle before midnight.....staff apologetic but the noise...yelling and running....was not comfortable. Would stay again...............

Good property, good breakfast , rooms were good too nice and clean and very spacious. Staff were terrible as they didn’t know how to book the rooms as we booked 6 rooms almost two months ahead of time. I requested to have all on same floor and connected. But staff didn’t know how to handle it.

All in all not bad just an average cheaper side hotel. Room was nice and clean although a little wore down( scratches on doors and side tables , had to hold handle down on toilet to get it to flush all the way, shower grout could use a good bleaching) but overall for the price I've definitely stayed in worse. my biggest complaint would honestly be the breakfast bar, nothing out into hot tables just all in red cooking pots set out, bagels and bread were stale. Orange juice was the only good thing for the morning spread imo.

We were stuck in an elevator for almost 2 hours. We were forgotten about and passed off the 11 o’clock person left her shift. Maintenance was on premises and was never called. Fireman were not called until 45 minutes past no accountability at all. All employees are still employed, no incident report, no elevator technician very unsafe no district manager no phone calls. Nothing never again in the morning. The staff was using the elevators as well as the guests absolutely astonishing horrible.

My girlfriend and I stayed here with her dogs and we loved it! The room was beautiful and the area has a lot to do like the Hub and other activities. We will definitely be back here! The staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you!! Hyatt Auburn hills is excellent!

I've stayed at many Hyatt Place hotels when travelling. I always book them without hesitation or reading reviews because they are always clean and updated. However, this one was the worst I've been in. Very run down and worn. Rooms were the smallest I've ever had at a Hyatt Place and everything was just beat up and worn out. The staff was not welcoming or friendly.
