This place was really nasty. Staff were not really nice at all. Dusty tables in the breakfast room. Showers don’t drain. Smells like smoke and cigarettes

This property has bed bugs! My friend woke up covered in bites on her body when i spoke to the front desk after we quickly left the room the front desk guy tried to make a joke out of it. He asked if she “slept on the roof” then laughed!!! He didn’t take it seriously all he could say after was he will leave it up to his manager

I was called with an hour into my trip stating a $100.00 deposit was needed for the room. After getting to the facility, the room was nothing as advertised. The sink in the kitchenette was leaking, the jacuzzi tub continue to run water even after trying to turn the handles all the way off, even though I never used it. The bathroom has stuff on the walls, that I was able to clean off with water and a rag. There was a used shampoo bottle left in the shower. A completely bad experience, I will never stay at a Baymont again.

I booked this hotel because it had decent reviews however, upon check-in, I needed to use the bathroom, which was down the hall from the desk. There was no toilet paper in this bathroom. When we went upstairs to our room, the tub was leaking continually, the remote to the TV did not work, and the hallways were disgustingly dirty. I had to use the washroom in the lobby again the next day and there was still no toilet paper in this bathroom. We did not get a clean room or fresh towels after our first night. No one came to clean the room. It was terrible. I cannot say it enough that it was dirty I did not feel safe the first night we stayed there. I asked the lady at the desk, I thought that we have been placed on a non-smoking floor. She said the whole hotel is non-smoking. Well not on the third floor it wasn’t it reeked so bad of smoke and marijuana. It was coming through our door. This was a horrible experience, but I’ll be honest. I did not complain because I did not want to have any troubles while we were staying there. Never again.
