"Lovely hotel in a great location. The Hotel had some builders working who were a bit noisy, the reception staff were amazing and helped us relocate to another room. The Spa (my partner and mother used) was a little tired and some bits were out of order. Breakfast was lovely and all but one staff member were amazing. Parking was easy, it was a great break and looking forward to visit again once the building is completed. "

"Nice place, nice hotel. Service was good. Room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was very good. We enjoyed using it. The room was very hot - the temperature outside was over 30’c, it would have been brilliant if it had air con! I searched for hotels with a pool & air con on hotels.com , somehow this hotel came up and I didn’t realise it didn’t have air con - so my fault! However I would still recommend this hotel as it is very good and in a lovey location. "

"We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. The town with its tree lined foot ways was a peaceful dream Parking was private and secure.. Thank you for our stay"

"We reserved 6 rooms for a graduation in Höxter. This hotel is about 15 minutes away!!! First morning we try to bath, NO WARM WATER until 11 am!!!! The graduation was at 1, so we had to really run. The breakfast was very very poor in many senses, a big disappointment for a German hotel. One of the rooms had its window not working and our guests were freezing all night. There is a Church that sounds its Glocks every 30 minutes which for some rooms was very loud. Would never return"
