The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. "The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available.
