"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. "If you want to be right in the centre this is the place to be. Unfortunately a lots of building work going on next door but in the evening this had no affect on the hotel and generally a quiet place to sleep if you are a few floors up. Hotel staff very helpful."

"It was very large and new. I wish the rooms came with instructions on how to use the touch pad and electricity etc and more water available or water fountains but it was a lovely place and room and everyone was very nice "

"First class customer service. I stayed here for 5 nights recently having expected to only be at the hotel for two. My partner had an operation at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital and ended up staying in longer than we thought. The hotel could not have been more accommodating or kind. I ended up checking out on 3 occasions only to have to check back in again because my partner wasn't coming home.
