"I worked at the hotel in high school, back when Lombardi’s was Christie’s, and I greatly enjoyed my stay for the most part - the service at Lombardi’s was exquisite. But I have to say, the younger members of the front desk staff left me bewildered several times by their rudeness and complete lack of Hilton-level service. I hope they eventually learn the basics of customer service from their elder colleagues. "

"Close to shopping and restaurants which was convenient. Pool area was nice. I'd say it needs a good vacuuming in halls and stairwells. Otherwise it was great."

"The pool area was great. The water was warm and the slide was fun. We had a poolside room and they had everyone out of the pool at 10 when they closed it, so the room was quiet at night. "
