"We had the most amazing experience staying at West Woos Zahle. The service, the staff and the manager Marielle were so friendly and provided an exceptional customer service. The food at the Omnya Restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this place if you come to Zahle, Lebanon. "

"The 2 pools were not clean. Food is average and over priced. Massage is super average and not worth spending 80$ for the session. Breakfast was a set menu and not buffet as mentioned. However, the place is very calm and relaxing."
