"Springhill was our favourite stay while on vacation, the resort is clean and updated. The only down fall was that they were doing reno's in the dining area so there was a large blue tarp up which made the dining experience slightly less relaxing but overall we really really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back! "

"The room was very spacious and clean. Our shower didn't drain and the charging ports didn't work but the view from our balcony was wonderful! The hot tub was also nice after a day of hiking."

"Everything was great especially the staff EXCEPT for WiFi connectivity. It was reminiscent of a dial up modem that disconnected every couple of minutes. Needless to say that this is more than an irritation nowadays. "

"It was okay, walked in after checking in and noticed a big stain on the carpet and under desk. Bathroom tub was dirty. Room walls had fingerprints all over room. Nextdoor neighbors were noisy and at one point they were banging on walls. Staff was great and provided great service. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend. "

"For the most part the property was very nice. There was a huge stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and the wifi never worked for us. Also a lightbulb needed to be changed. Beyond that it was a great place to stay! "
